• ICT are useful tools to improve the effectiveness, creativity and inclusiveness.
• In education, they allow e-learning classes to find the solution to non-attendance in complicated cases.
• If they are used correctly, they provide the best learning and the best results.
• They give us the opportunity of breaking barriers because we can communicate around the world.
• ICT don´t just refer to a computer or internet, they refer to all access to technology. 

Recommendations:

• Use ICT moderately.
• Give them proper use, 
• Set a schedule when you use ICT to avoid excess use.
• To make better use of them, research and train yourself.
• Dare to apply them in your life, they are a positive change towards evolution.
